Joe, Ed's brother-in-law, got his 1200 lbs Elk at 7:30 am with one
shot. It has a rating of B&C 374. He has applied yearly for 15
years and finally got his permit to hunt for Elk. The Elk will
give over 350 lbs of meat and the 6 point horn is now mounted in

Gloria gives Ron a Luau themed birthday and retirement party at
home. Catered and attended by his friend and family, it also
included a surprise presentation from Hawaiian dancers. Go to

Ron retires from his job at L.A. County after working there for 39 years
and 8 months. His co-workers gave him a nice retirement luncheon
last week. A friends and family retirement party is in the
works. |

Fontana, California. The last of her siblings, she was 87. |

wedding anniversary in Las Vegas that weekend, the original
place of their matrimony 20 years ago. |

Our beloved cousin Hertha (Ron's aunt Olga daughter), passed away
today in Holland. She was a young 63. The oldest daughter of
Chris (Ron's uncle) is survived by her mother Olga, brothers
Frank, Richard, Martin and sisters Jane, Mary, Greetje and
Johanna. |
